Who are 2moto?
Important Announcement
We are very fortunate that we find ourselves in a position where the demand for our products and services significantly exceeds our capacity. This is largely due to the overwhelming demand of our GP500 Replicas of which we have produced a good number as an NSR500 and YZR500. You'll find more information about these on our site and we deliver these as a frame kit, rolling chassis, or ready-to-ride bikes.
As a result of this unexpected demand (we originally planned on building only a handful), we will be focusing our work exclusively on these bikes: YZR500 and NSR500 Replicas, 2M400R road bike.
This means that, unfortunately, we will not be able to take on any other work, such as custom exhausts, one-off specials, swinging arm or frame conversions, etc. We understand that we will undoubtedly disappoint some customers.
Located in North Yorkshire, England
From our workshop and design offices located on the outskirts of the historic, walled City of York (well worth a visit in its own right), we produce specialised products and provide design and fabrication services to the motorcycle community. We are fortunate to have been commissioned for many exciting projects and continue to enjoy a busy workload. That doesn't mean we're not keen on new projects. Quite the opposite!
Extensive Experience
The principals of 2moto have been involved in the design, fabrication, and racing of motorcycles for over 20 years. Although having had considerable success racing at club level, these days it will be a lucky day for us to get play time riding on tracks. With our Moto2 project which started 3 years ago with the advent of the Moto2 racing class at world championship level, we've gained valuable, additional experience at the highest level of racing. This ever increasing experience is reflected in our daily activities and our products.
